Never Peak Life is run by Tim Walker. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it.Short version:
I collect your email address so I can send you what you asked for, and I don't sell it to anyone.
What I collect:
When you sign up for a guide or newsletter: your first name and email address. You give these to me directly through a signup form.
When you buy something: your name, email and order details. Payment card details go to the payment processor, not to me, I never see or store them.
When you visit the site: basic, non-identifying usage data such as which pages were viewed and which links were clicked.
Why I collect it:
• To send you the free guide you requested
• To send you emails about staying strong and healthy after 50, including occasional mentions of my books and guides
• To deliver anything you buy and handle support for it
• To see which content people find useful, so I make more of it.
I will not sell, rent or trade your information. I will not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who need it to do their job.
Who I share it with:
MailerLite — sends my emails and stores the subscriber list
Payhip — handles purchases and delivers the files you buy
Stripe and PayPal — process card payments
Carrd — hosts this website
Cloudflare — manages the domain and forwards mail sent to [email protected]
Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices:
Unsubscribe any time.
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you're off the list. No hard feelings. You can also email me to ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted.See, correct or delete your data.
Email me at [email protected] and I'll handle it. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, except where I'm required to keep purchase records.
If you're in the EU, UK or California, you have additional rights over your data under local law. The same email address is how you exercise them.
